Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Fashion Stylist Beagy Zielinski for personal shopping, fittings, and classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rescheduling Policy

   • Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time without penalty.
   • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will not be accommodated, and the appointment will be considered forfeited.
     
     

2. Refund Policy

   • No refunds will be offered for canceled or missed appointments, including those due to failure to reschedule within the 48-hour window.
     
     

3. Punctuality

   • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
   • If a client arrives more than 15 min late, the appointment will proceed for the remainder of the scheduled time only. No additional time will be allotted to compensate for tardiness.
     
     

4. Clothing Costs

   • The cost of clothing, accessories, or any items purchased during or as a result of the styling session is not included in the service fee.
   • Clients are responsible for all clothing and accessory purchases made as part of the styling consultation.
     
     

5. Affiliation Disclaimer

   • Beagy Zielinski is not sponsored by or affiliated with any clothing stores or brands. All styling recommendations are independent, and clients are not obligated to make purchases from any particular store.
